Although the season is still early, this week the Royals and Tribe will be playing a 4 game set that could decide who takes the lead in the AL Central. “They probably would’ve thought our numbers would 4-and-10, not 10-and-4,” Royals reliever Kanekoa Texeira said. “I’ll guarantee that. It’s good to see us two teams battling for the top. It hasn’t been that way for a while. So it’s time for a change.” Royals manager Ned Yost down played the 4 game series saying it’s way too earlier in the season to worry about the standings.
