In the 4th inning Gordon hit another blast with 1 man on and 1 out, for a 2-run homer, making it out of reach for the Angels today.
The Royals win a good today by the score of 9-4, and lets the club enjoy a win before hosting Baltimore out of the East, next, in Kansas City. This was the third game of the this 10 game home stand, with a record now of 1-2, and an overall record of 15-18. They are still only 2.5 games behind AL Central leading Minnesota, but find themselves in 4th place of 5 positions, ahead of only the Detroit Tigers.
