John Sickels kicked off his Top 20 lists with a look at the Royals.  Checking in at number one is Mike Moustakas with a B+ and Luke Hochevar is right behind him with a B.  Things thin out pretty quickly though and you have just four guys with a B rating or better.  Billy Buckner, Dan Cortes and Julio Pimentel round out the top five.  It is nice to see they’ve made a committment to pitching and eight of the top ten guys are all hurlers.  Sickels did revise the bottom five guys on the list after he downgraded outfield prospect Adrian Ortiz.
